Pachino IGP tomatoes are known for their firm flesh, sweet and well-balanced flavor, and high sugar content. Combined with the right level of acidity, these qualities make them perfect for sauce production. The processing method still follows traditional techniques passed down through generations, preserving the authentic taste, aroma, and wholesomeness of the ingredients.

The first Pachino IGP tomato crops date back to 1925. Thanks to the use of water from natural aquifers and the area’s unique climate, the tomatoes maintain exceptional characteristics and offer a longer shelf life than other varieties.
